What areas do you service?
We serve the following Counties: Contra Costa, Alameda, Marin, San Joaquin, Sacramento, Sonoma, Napa, San Mateo, Solano and parts of Santa Clara
 
What do the Characters do exactly?
Our performances are theatrical in style by bringing the character to life.  We set ourselves apart from the industry by tailoring the activities around the character.  Our activities include face painting, storytelling, dancing, singing (not all performers can sing) and magic.  If you have a specific activity in mind, please contact the coordinator to see if we can accommodate your request.
 
Can I customize the activities?
Please note that although we try to meet our client's wishes, we cannot deviate too much from our normal routine as it takes a lot of prep time and additional cost. If you would like to modify the activities that we currently provide, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you. However, in doing so there may be an additional charge.
 

Is there a travel fee?

Each performer has been designated to a specific geographical area.  If there is a particular performer you are requesting that does not serve your area, a travel fee will apply.

 

Can I request a specific performer?

Yes, you can.  However, while we will take all performer requests into consideration, we cannot guarantee a specific performer due to circumstances beyond our control. We also reserve the right to change performers due to business considerations. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for all of our clients so if your scheduled performer is not able to make it, we will do our best in replacing her with another performer.  Please note that not all of our performers sing. So if you request a singing performer and she falls ill, we cannot guarantee that we can replace her with another singing performer.
 
Could I request additional time?
Our performances are 1.5 hours long and $50 per additional half hour.  When booking your performer, please let the coordinator know if you would like to have the entertainer stay for more than 1.5 hours so we can schedule accordingly.  
  

Do you do birthdays at the park or outdoors?
Yes we do, however, please make sure that there is plenty of cool shade for the performer since they are wearing heavy costumes.  And the table and chairs for face painting must be protected by the shade of a tree or covered canopy at all times.  The area must be grassy and free of thorny bushes, mud, or standing water.

What if I have to cancel?  

Once we receive your deposit, we will reserve your desired time and date for you on the performers schedule. Once you have booked with us, and you decide to cancel, we will retain 50% of your deposit or gladly work with you to find an alternate party date for your consideration, based on availability. Alternate parties dates must be within a 6 month period.  If you cancel our services less than 7 days prior to your event, you entire deposit in non-refundable unless rescheduled. 
 

How many children can you entertain?

In order to give each child the attention they deserve, we suggest that you have up to 12 children per performer.  If you plan on having more than 15 guests, we suggest you either hire another entertainer or eliminate a time consuming activity such as face painting.
