Shipping Information

When placing an order that requires a certain receipt date, please note this on your order or notify your Due-Dads.com customer service representative so that we can ensure your order reaches your customer in time. When going through checkout please let us know by writing rush order in the special instructions box and a customer service representative will call you back

There is a fee for rush or same day orders. Please consult with your customer service representative for this information by calling or emailing us. Please note that with most personalized orders it takes atleast 2-3 weeks to monogram and ship.

All packages will be charged for shipping and handling. This includes back orders.

Our standard shipping is UPS or FedEx Ground. If you require special shipping, please specify at the time of your order. 2 to 3 day delivery is available at an additional charge.
DiaperBagsinc.com's continental US GROUND shipping is based on the following chart:

2-3 Day Shipping is $16.95 on all orders from $0 to $50, $23.95 for orders from $50.01 to $200 and $32.95 for orders over $200.

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a $10.00 (this will be a separate charge on your credit card)

Return Policy

We gladly accept back your items within 30 days of receiving your item. Custom made items, personalized items, and monogrammed items are final sale.

To send an item back please:

1) Email info@due-dads.com to obtain a RA number

2) Send your item back insured, using a trackable, method.

3) Once we receive your item back we will post a refund to the credit card you originally purchased your items with.

4) Items received outside the 30 day period will be issued a store credit.
