Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned according to the following policy:
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Invoice # and Billing Name must appear on Return/Exchange Form.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for an exchange or store credit, minus the shipping fee.
No monetary refunds will be issued.
